What we collect, why we use it, and your rights under European and Thai law.
This privacy policy explains how Amiplay Co., Ltd., trading as Web Hosting Thailand (“we”, “us”), processes personal data on www.webhostingthailand.com and related services including Design Studio. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and also reflects Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

It applies to visitors of this website, people who send a contact or order form, hosting customers, and users of Design Studio. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights in section 9.
Identity and contact data you give us: name, email, telephone, company, and message content on contact and order forms.
Order and billing data needed to take payment and issue invoices. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Hosting and studio data if you are a customer: account identifiers, domains, support history, draft websites, uploaded photos, and ZIP files you generate in Design Studio.
Technical data created automatically: IP address, browser type, date and time, pages requested, and cookies required to run the site (including a session and a security token on forms).
To answer enquiries and provide hosting, domains, and Design Studio (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), contract or steps toward a contract).
To take payment, prevent fraud, keep the service secure, and keep essential logs (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interests). You may object; see section 9.
Where Thai tax or customer-record law requires us to keep information, we rely on that legal obligation (PDPA and GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your website drafts or photos to train public AI models.
This marketing site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for pages and forms to work, unless you later see a separate consent notice. We do not set advertising cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent first and update this policy.

Payment processors (Stripe) when you pay online; domain registries and SSL issuers when you order those products; infrastructure providers that host this website, customer servers, backups, and Design Studio, acting as processors under our instructions.
Authorities if the law requires it, or if we must protect our rights, customers, or the public.
We operate from Thailand. If you visit or buy from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to Thailand. Thailand does not currently have an EU adequacy decision. We protect that transfer with contractual clauses equivalent in purpose to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, access controls, and the measures in this policy.
Enquiry messages: typically up to 24 months after we close the conversation, unless a contract follows.
Customer, invoice, and hosting records: for the life of the account and as long as Thai law requires afterwards.
Design Studio drafts: while the customer account is active, then until the account is deleted.
Security logs: typically up to 12 months, unless we must keep them longer to investigate abuse or a claim.
Access is limited to people who need it. Passwords are hashed where we store them. Payment cards are processed by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk.
You may ask us to: access your personal data; correct it; erase it; restrict processing; receive a portable copy of data you provided; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent where we ever rely on consent.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in the EEA, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. A list of EEA authorities is published by the European Data Protection Board.
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date. Where the law requires, we will also notify customers.
